Victims brother, Cornelius, found dead in a burning car six days later. Brothers met with suspect for drug deal. Drug deal went bad. Individual shot Cordell. Cornelius, Jimmy, and unnamed individual, ending with Jimmy shooting Cornelius, set the car on fire to hide evidence. Horton still sought. See incident #1602749
