Cop shot during traffic stop, cop fired at subject, subject fled to 600 block of Elizabeth St, Delmar, where cops found him again. Subject tried to flee again, crashed, then shot himself during standoff. Two passengers of subject's vehicle have been detained. Near the Vienna Scale House.
