Couple arrived at a meeting point to sell THC cartridge, was met by 3 men who entered or attempted to enter the car, including one with a rifle. Suspect shot victim, who later died, claimed self-defense. Police said since selling drugs is a felony, shooting others during a felony is not self-defense;
