    Police originally responded to 2800 block of Ruth St, a group of people leaving the area instructed for police to a commotion in a nearby home. Subject was barricaded in the crawlspace. Struggle ensued, taser ineffective. struggle for taser, LE fire guns, 1 LEO shot in hand by friendly fire, subject shot.
