    Subject saw a motorcyclist driving up and down the road, Subject grabbed a .22 caliber pistol to threaten him. Struggle between driver and subject causing the firearm to discharge twice - shooter unknown. Subject was arrested and found with an injury on his foot consistent with a .22 caliber gsw
