The subject caused a collision with a motorcycle cop around 9:56 a.m. in Chino and then fled the scene. Officers later found him in a residential neighborhood around 5:30 p.m. where Chino SWAT served a search warrant. The subject tried to flee from the scene and shot at officers. Officers shot back, killing him.
